Return/Exchange Policy

 

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES THOROUGHLY Our policies have been created to help us provide the best customer service as possible and to inform our customers what to expect when shopping at Jubella Clothing Co. Thank you for shopping with us & we hope you enjoy each and every item you receive from us, if not we are here to gladly help you with your exchange.
*THERE IS NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT*
When purchasing with a discount code, code MUST be applied at checkout. We DO NOT make any adjustments or cancellations after purchase has been made  No Exceptions
RETURNS;
  • All orders placed under promotion/discount code are all FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange
  • Accessories, Bodysuits, Tights, undergarments or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags attached and in the original packaging with copy of the invoice for the order.
  • We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY
All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE  RETURN SHIPPING COST!
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Must email CUSTOMERSUPPORT@JUBELLACLOTHING.COM for return approval.
  • Please include your order# in the initial email.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
  • All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
DAMAGES:
  • Damaged Items MUST be notified to us within 24 hrs upon receiving. 

STORE CREDIT:
  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, JUBELLACLOTHING.COM
  • Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
  • Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.
  • Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned (PICKED UP)
  • Keeping track of status is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store Credit CODES do not expire.
  • Store Credit CODE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU its customers responsibility to keep in site
